A while ago I opened my datafile of my primary account
while signed on as my secondary user. Subsequently,
while signed on my main account, when I click the "To"
button I get an error that "The address list could not be
displayed. The Contacts folder associated with this
address list could not be opened; it may have been moved
or deleted, or you do not have permission..." I do have
permission, I don't believe I've moved it or deleted
because it's fully available within Outlook - I only get
this error when creating a new message and clicking
the "To" button. What's happened here and how do I fix
it?

I had those settings correct. I've doublechecked them.
I still have the same problem. It hasn't fixed it.

Then you corrupted your Outlook Address Book Service. Remove it. Restart
Outlook. Add it back and direct it to the correct Contacts Folder.

I don't want to mess this up - how do I remove it?
Thanks!

Just remove it then follow the instructions I posted to add it back and add
your Contacts Folder.
Don't worry. You aren't touching any data.
