unauthorized prog.

a prog,named 'winservn.exe.mdmp' is sitting in Windows
folder and is obstructing working of the internet.tried
to delete it but could not .any help.
 
Sounds a little suspicious to me. Try to stop the
service in the task manager. I would also run a virus
scan, you do have virus protection don't you?? And also
run a scan for spyware.
