It is not so much 'a command'.
It is a matter of creating a text file let's call it 'answer-file' using
setup manager (setupmgr) from your CD.
You can find setupmgr on your CD in support\tools\deploy.cab (have to
extract the cabinet)
You also will find a help file in there called deploy.chm that you can use
to learn the process.
