unattended or sysprep install

Using unattended and sysprep I can't have the domain administrator encrypted for computers that need to connect to domain in a windows 2003 enviroment .... My situation is that I was going to have techs help with the workstation installs but did not want them to have access to the admin passord.... any help or links would be appreciated
 
could you create another temporary non-admin account and assign it the right
to add machine to the domain?
