Unattended Network installation of XP

Joe

Just that, I need to be able to plug in a machine, plug it
into the network, and turn it on. From there, XP gets
installed, the machine gets named, joins the domain and
then group policy hits it and it gets all the updates it
needs from there.

In other words, I want to be a lazy admin ;), anyways, the
only part I am having problems with is the network
installation... I have no idea how to go about this one.
A link to info would be great or if anyones currently
doing this advice would work too.
