I too am having the same problem after reloading my .pst file onto my new
computer. I have read all the posts and tried all the switches and I still
get the error. Can someone point me to a solution that perhaps worked for
the others that had this same error. Thanks
Doug

We have no clue what you are talking about since you failed to quote the
post to which you were referring.

Version of Outlook? What reminder service? Tasks? Calendar? Flags? What
is the error message you get?

Also, from your earlier post, it sounds like the import corrupted your
profile. Try starting with a new mail profile and see if that helps all of
your myriad problems.

Milly,

Sorry for not being more clear. I have Outlook 2003 and the error message
states: "Unable to start the reminder service. Unalbe to show reminders"
The error message is not clear what it is referring to, but when doing a
test, the calendar alarm did not remind me of an appointment so I assume it
is referring to the calendar. I would not mind starting with a new mail
profile. Could you explain how to do this? Never having any problem with
Outlook in the 10 or so years I have been using it, this is not clear to me.

Again, thanks for your propmt reply and you interest in helping me.
Doug
