Unable to view pictures in emails in Outlook Express 6

I am unable to view any photos or jokes after opening up
an email in Outlook Express 6. All I get is the little
red x in the upper left hand corner of the box. How can I
fix this to be able to open and view?

Try going to Tools/Options/Security and uncheck "Do not
allow attachments to be saved or opened......."
