unable to use keyboard or mouse

after deleting some programs though control panel(these
were email readers etc plus I have deleted PGP) I am no
longer able use my wireless keyboard or mouse (hence I am
sending this from work) I have tried reloading the drivers
for both but I get the message could not load driver, have
I deleted something that is required to load drivers?
any help would be appreciated.

I don't know what you deleted, but you can attach a regular ps/2
keyboard and mouse to your computer and then do a System Restore back
to before you deleted the email readers. Then uninstall each unwanted
program *one at a time* to see what happens.
