Unable to Unlock Toolbar

Please help... I cannot unlock my IE toolbars. There is
no option to unlock them when I right clcik on the
toolbar. There is no option under the view tab either.
What to do??!!

toolbar options are locked, go to

Scroll down to "32 Toolbars are locked - Unable to customize toolbar and

Thank you !!!!! That worked great! I think it was that iSearch toolbar. I didn't realize that was causing it, but I didn't know how to get rid of that either. But now it is gone and I have control of my toolbar again. Thanks again!
