Hi,

I am completely stuck and need some help, I am using Outlook XP but for some
reason am unable to send emails when I select someone from the address book.
If I type in the full email address manually then it will send with no
problems, but if I select that same person from the address book the email
is returned with the error message:

"None of your email accounts could send to this recipient"

I have tried deleting the entry from the address book and then entering
again, but no luck at all. This happens for every email address that I try.
I use a small LAN and send via "PostCast Server" but also tried sending
directly through my ISP's outgoing server (connected PC direct to the
internet) I don't have this problem on any of the other PC's and am stuck as
to what else to try .

If anyone needs any more information let me know (not sure what else to
provide)

Thanks in advance,
Ian

Ian,
I use OL2000, so I'm not sure this will work with XP, but since no MVP has
answered, I'll give it a shot.
Right click your Contacts folder, select Properties and put a check in
"Automatically generate Microsoft Exchange views". Click OK.
Now open the Address Book, on the menu, select Tools>Options and check
"Share contact information among Outlook............". Click OK. Close the
Address Book.
Close and restart Outlook.

Hope this helps. Please post back either way.
Good Luck
