Unable to Send Receipt - Outlook Express

Outlook Express does not send a receipt when people
request one. It tries, but gives an error message
like "Outlook was unable to send the receipt."

Outlook is a component of the Office family of products. Outlook
Express is a component of Internet Explorer. Repost in a newsgroup for
