Unable to send mail out under Incredimail

Iv'e done everything possible to correct this error: checked incoming and outgoing mail servers and of course my password and user name. My attempts at sending mail are blocked with "malformed 501" or authentification error. My tech support or emachines is unable to assist due to added feature "Incredimail" Please assist, Thank You Robert.
 
if you can send under outlook express, then it's an incredimail problem.
the new build has a few bugs, unless you are using the older build. an
uninstall and reinstall might take care of this but you also need to delete
the leftover program files.
