Unable to send emails from MS WORD

Greetings,

When I attempt to send a document to an email recipient through Word (2003),
I am able to compose the email howver I cannot send it. The work around is
to save the email message, close the emamil message, open the email message
in OUtlook and then send the message. This occurs in another application too.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Ross,
Load Internet explorer , tools , internet options, programs and
check if Microsoft Outlook is set as the program to open Emails.

What do you do to try to send it? What happens when you try?
 
Microsoft Office Outlook. Hi Paul,

Thanks for your reply. I checked my settings and the program set to open
emails is Microsoft Office Outlook. This seems to be correct.

Hi,

When I try and send the email, I am unable to do so because the Send button
is not active. I must save the email, close the email, then open the email in
Outlook and then I can send it.

I am running into the same problem, but how do u save it and load it up
again in outlook? save as word doc or others? and how to load it back out?
