Hi
I have been having some problems for awhile sending email. The messages are
sometimes sent but normally after having to resend the message many times. I
have include the error message. If anyone can tell if a setting needs to be
changed or what I can do it would be appreciated as my mail provider has run
out of ideas
Thanks

Are you using the SMTP server for the ISP you are currently connected to
for Internet access? They may not permit off-domain access to other
providers' SMTP servers (i.e., they don't permit SMTP traffic to cross
their domain to use an SMTP server on some other domain). Did you try
to configure the e-mail account to authenticate to their SMTP server?

I'm having the same problem with Outlook 2002. I did NOT
have this problem with older versions of Outlook and am
using the same ISP as before.
Help!!
