Sorry I can't reply to my original post.

Is this same as windows hotmail? How is this different? Will I be able to
use my Comcast email account?
 
No, Windows Live Mail is not Hotmail.
Windows Live Mail does pretty much everything that Windows
Mail does, plus a few extras. Yes, you can use your Comcast
email with it.
