Unable To Schedule Scan System

My OS is Windows XP Home Edition
Whenever I right-click on My Computer a box appears showing Debug/Close.
When I select either Debug or Close and try again the same thing happens. I'm
unable to schedule scan system on next start up. Please advise. Thanks in
advance.

Not sure what kind of scan you are trying to
accomplish,but to get to the task scheduler, go to

start button/all programs/accessories/system tools/task
scheduler
