unable to schedule messages to send out at a specific time in off.

Working with Xp and recently downloaded office 2003. After doing so I can
still schedule message to be delivered at a given time but they no longer
send automatically.

There are no legal download sites for Office 2003. If you downlaoded Office
2003 from somewhere you have a bootleg copy that is completely
untrustworthy.
