Hi all,
I'm having trouble running my Windows 98. I just formatted
my drive and installed windows 98. However, once it starts
up, windows says:
'it cannot find a device file that may be needed to run
windows or a windows application.
The windows registry or system.ini file refers to this
device file but the device file no longer exists'
then it states 'C:\WINDOWS\system\WMM32\vmouse.VXD'
I clicked on a few times then it displays:
'while initialising device IOS:
Error: An I/O subsystem driver failed to load either a
file in the .\iosubsys subdirectory is corrupt, or the
system is low on memory.'
can anyone help? or any suggestions?
