Unable to run game

Have installed Battlefield 1942 but will not run.
Diagnostics show CPU of -1938. Any ideas on how to
return it to full capacity to enable game to run?

That game is designed for on line play in a multi player environment.
Are you able to get on line at all to play the game or is it hanging?
You may have incompatible hardware - I would suspect video.
