unable to remove programs

I am unable to remove a couple of different programs. I get the following error messages:
ERROR: Could not execute Main : The system cannot find the file specified.
and
Could not open logfile 'C:/Program Files/Meracl Font Map/ST6UNST.LOG
Does anyone know how to go about removing these files?

Try re-installing the program, then uninstalling it.
