Unable to reconnect to shared printer.

Hello,

We have an NT4.0 windows domain, and a print server is
located on the BDC. Recently a laptop which could access
the NW printers is now unable to connect to them. The
laptop was able to access the shared printers, however
the client took his laptop on business for a week and
since returning has "Unable to connect" next to the
shared printers name. I have deleted one of the printers
on his laptop and attempted to reconnect, but get a
message regarding invlaid name, and unable to connect due
to driver issues, etc....

He has XP pro installed and everyone else can connect to
the printers,

Any ideas please?
