Unable to receive Mail

Error Message: Unable to receive e-mail Error (0x8004210E) Mailbox is
temporarily unavailable because another email message is being delivered or
another mail application is accessing it.
Server Responded ERR Box Locked
 
My first thought is that perhaps you have sent an email that was large and is
having trouble going through (in excess of 1 mb). I would check your mail
account using your browser and your ISP's webmail feature and see if you can
delete anything that may be stuck outgoing on their server.
