unable to receive mail from a particular id

Hi ,
I'm unable to receive mails from a particular E-mail ID. the
problem is if the person sends a mail to me , it stores in the mail server
,but unable to download into my outlook. also the progress bar shows the
mail is downloading into outlook ,but it is not.seen in my inbox. Both of us
using corporate ids ,please help me to fix this problem.

Rajesh,

Since you stated mail server and corporate ID - then the email may have been
blocked at the mail server point from being sent to your inbox for various
reason such as attachment that is not permitted, size of message or it could
also be that the message was delivered but the connectivity is too slow to
download it.

Does the sender received a bounce back message or do you?
