Unable to receive Hotmail.co.uk emails

Although I can receive emails from friends with hotmail.com addresses, I am
unable to receive emails from a pal with a hotmail.co.uk address . I access
my NTL account via Outlook. Could it be NTL that is blocking this address?
If so, how do I fix it?
 
It could be that NTL is blocking it. You'll need to contact them.
