Unable to reach US Mint web site with XP

I'm using windows xp and I cannot get to www.usmint.gov
web site.

I can get to other .gov web sites but not the US Mint.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Check for a file named HOSTS with no extension (not Hosts.sam). It may be a
hidden file. Open it with Notepad and remove any line referencing the site.
Or, rename HOSTS to OLDHOSTS

I think they are having server troubles (again...) it took me almost 12 mins
to get the page to open, usually it takes some time (up to a min ) but have
never seen it this long.
