Unable to print pictures off of my site

My site www.where2eat.com has a coupon page
http://where2eat.com/restaurant_coupons.htm where
visitors can print coupons. Some people are able to
print coupons and others are not. Why does it work for
some and not others? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Other than an extra </a>
(at the end in <font face="Times New Roman"></a></font></p>) in

And using the marquee tag (only supported by IE)
The page should print If user have their browser set to print

You may want to create .pdf file coupons instead.
