unable to open VBE

[Question Boy]

I use the menu and can't open the VBE. I try ALT-F11 and nothing? Anyone
have any ideas! Please!

Oh ya, Outlook 2003 on WinXP!

Yes and reenabled it. Thank you!

How did it get disabled in the first place? I am the only user (private
laptop) and I have never used that menu before (Didn't even know it existed
for that matter)!

That's likely to happen if an error occures in your code, or at least if
Outlook thinks there's an error.
