unable to open second window

I am unable to open a second window in explorer. If a
website needs to open a second window, it starts out, then
closes. I received an error message the first time it
happened and reported it to MS. I tried installing 6.0
over top of the existing one and everything went well, but
I still have the same problem. Anyone please help.

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts".

If that doesn't fix it see
