Unable to open search tool

My I.E. 6 was running just fine and then all of a sudden everytime I attempted to go anywhere (msn, yahoo, google) the browser repeatedly redirected to something call PerfectNav, however nothing loaded. I have found out that this program was associatd with Kazza. Removed Kazza with Kazza Be Gone and re-scanned with my anti-virus software. The problem is that I am still unable to browse. I.E. 6 attempts to locate any site that I type into the address bar but eventually gives the error msg: Unable to open search tool. Does anyone have any ideas? I am at a lost
