unable to open project file by the web server

hi,
i have installed oracle 9i in my system.
after installing it none of my dotnet application is working.
but my web server (iis) is running properly. what could be the solution
and the problem.

What exactly do you mean with not working?

Oracle modifies some environment variables, but i should not touch the
..Net framework.
