Unable to open Internet Explorer

Hello all,

I am looking for a command I could use from the "Run" tool to pull up Internet Explorer.
If I try to pull up Internet Explorer by clicking the Icon, the desktop just blinks and nothing ever happens...

Please Help.

You can go to Start > Run and type
iexplore.exe

Try going to Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced options and
disable third-party browser extensions.

Also perform a scan using updated ad-aware and spybot:
Ad-aware
