unable to open hyperlinks in email messages

I am unable to open hyperlinks in my emails. I keep on geeting message
"operation cancelled due restrictions imposed on this computer. please check
your administrator". Whereas I have administrator account and i have not
imposed any restrictions. I do not know how to rectify problem.

There was a post and answers to this VERY question not TWO hours ago. Did
you not do ANY searching first?

Thankyou for youe reply. The search for solition never took me to that reply.

The first solution did not work as I have internet explorer 8

With respect to second solution, I have no source to import this file.
Giving link to a source to import registery would greatly help
