Unable to Move to URL's from within Outlook Express

Greetings,
This started 2 or 3 weeks ago. I run XP Pro with Outlook Express 6. When
an URL is in an email message or newsletter, in many but not all cases,
clicking on it does not get me to the web site. I've run virus and
anti-spyware programs. Anybody have any ideas?
