I cannot access any of my usb memory sticks, but still get acces to my
mini-disk usb. Management console shows drive present, with it's capacity,
but with no drive letter. Manual mapping as like for a network hardrive does
not do anything...
If anyone could help, I would be glad...

I experienced something like this with a USB flash card reader. I had to
disconnect a network map to the D: drive in order to access the reader. In my
case I had the CD Rom remapped to Q: but had a startup script that was
mapping a network drive to D:. If you are using a computer with a CDRom, you
could try reassigning it to a drive letter other that D: to see if Windows is
hiding the memory stick under the CD Rom.

Good luck.

that is one way.

another is in DOS Prompt enter
diskmgmt.msc

and then find the sub stick and reassign the drive letter: right click on
the USB stick drive, and select change drive letter and paths...

This assumes you have the privilege to do so
