Unable to load update

Trying to upload net. framework update but it will not, any suggestions
please. The message said try again, which did not work and then contact
microsoft.

Start under the 'How to repair a broken version of the .NET Framework '
heading. Usually, the fastest way to resolve .NET update installation
issues is to uninstall any listed, then uninstall the .NET Framework.
Restart the system and then download whichever .NET Framework
needed/required.
Then apply any subsequent updates to it.
