Unable to load the information services nwnsp.dll

ERROR MESSAGE - this occurs with Outlook 2003 - a fresh install of Outlook
from the Office CD/DVD.

Unable to open your default email folders. An unexpected error has occurred.
MAPI was unable to load the information service NWNSP.DLL. Besure the
service is correctly installed and configured.

Any ideas?
