Unable to join domain ( ipx/spx) protocall

I am running a NT 4.0 server. I have mutiple Win 98
computers joined to the domain using the IPX/SPX
protocall. Unable to join the domain with Windows XP
using IPX/SPX. All the configuration settings appear to
be correct but getting the following error message "The
specified domain does not exist or could not be
contacted".
The drop is a known good drop.

Any Ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
 
You don't mention what Windows XP you're using. You can't access a domain
with XP Home, you'll need XP Pro to do that.
 
The Version is XP pro
