Unable to install SharePoint Portal Server 2003 Italian version

Hi all,

I wants to install SP Portal 2003 in Italian.
I've tried to install it in a virtual machine with Windows 2003 Enterprise
Edition in English and after the installation procedure I obtain this error
"The page cannot be displayed" on the page
"http://localhost:13984/sps/FarmDatabase.aspx".
Every administration page I try to access I obtain the same error.

Try the SPS groups
