unable to install plan plus by franklin covey

Dave

When I try to install plan plus by franklin covey I get a
message-"the microsoft outlook setup must be completed
before installing this progam". I already did a detect
and repair on Outlook 2002 and everything was fine.

Any suggestions?

So did you start Outlook and set up an account so that the installation of
Outlook is complete prior to tring the F-C install again?

Do what, start Outlook or configure it with an account? For the former, you
select it from the Start menu. For the latter, you start in Control Panel's
Mail applet, create a mail profile, and follow the prompts to add a new
account.
