I've tried to install the fax serivce with no success. I've gone through the Add/Remove program panel, click on add components (or whatever it is) and selected the Fax serivce. It starts to install the components, but then I get an error message stating that it's unable to copy fxsapi.dll. The folder that it's trying to copy it from (c:\windows\servicepackfiles\i386) has it, but it still gets that error. I've even tried to switch to the CD that I installed it from with no joy.

Any ideas?

I've got the same problem. The FAX update is looking for
the SP1 update disk. I looked all over the MS website, but
couldn't find a CD image file. All they have is the .EXE
install file.
I've got a couple of posts, and if I find out anytrhing,
I'll let you know.
