I am repeatedly getting email offering iTunes and Movies. The messages
always contain the following in their bodies:

or you may contact us at the following address:

Plaza Neptuno, local #7
Via ricardo J Alfaro, Tumba Muerto
Panama Ciudad
Republica de Panama

I have tried all the combinations of the above in a Mail Filter to delete
it, delete it from server and do not download it from the server without
success. All my other Mail and News rules seem to work without fail. Have
also Googled this problem in Google Groups and found many instances of it
but no solution.

Will someone help me solve it short of changing my email address?

Thank you.

Thank you for your reply.

Sorry about the omission. My email program is Outlook Express 6. To tell
the truth, I thought I was posting in the Outlook Express group and was
surprised when my post showed up here.

That is two mistakes this early morning so I reckon I've used up my
allotment for the day.

Thanks again.

The best option I find for email SPAM is MailWasher Pro. You can create and
maintain mostly unlimited filters and they are easy to create and modify.
This works for ANY Computer based email handler.

With Message Rules in Outlook Express the best approach seems to be to
move expected messages from the Inbox to another folder so that
unexpected messages ( spam ) remains in the Inbox. Trying to get
Messages to direct Spam to another folder or to be deleted does not
work. Those sending spam constantly make changes so that, however you
frame your rule it soon becomes out of date.

Are you trying to pull out spam or to pull the messages your are
expecting?

Is Spamguard relevant to your situation?

Hope this helps.
