Unable to enter websites

I'm doing schooling at a school where I need to enter this one website to
find out my marks and when assignments are due, etc. But it doesn't allow me
to advance to where I put my ID and password in saying I am unauthorized to
view this page due to the credentials I supplied.

I've check my security, put it on medium (and I even tried the lowest
security), I've taken off my firewall. I've tried everything I can think of.
If anyone can help me, please do so ASAP.
