unable to e-mail photo's

I recently crashed my hard drive and had to re-boot. I've
installed XP Professional and now am unable to e-mail
photo's as attachments. Do I need special software? I was
able to perform this function before.

Nothing special required.

Right-click the image file, click SENT TO|MAIL RECIPIENT.

Or click on ATTACH from within the mail program you use, and then browse
to the image file.
