Hello, odd that I have the same user in two differnt OU's
but some how I do. Needless to say After I delete one,
time to delete the other I get a object not found erro.
Is there a sync utility or a way to have AD remove the
second instance of that user?

It's not the "same user" -- unless you just have this on
different DCs due to incomplete replication.

It's two users (in different containers) with the same
display name.

Rename one of them.

It's not likely a second instance. Either replicate or remove
the additional by deleting.

In addition to Herb's post, are you getting any replication errors or any
other errors in your Event viewer? Please post them if you are.
