Unable to delete programs

When I click on start, control panel, then ADD/REMOVE
programs, I cannot access the ADD/REMOVE program page.
Anything else under control panel opens up except the
ADD/REMOVE program. HELP!!!! Any help would be greatly
appreciated. EMAIL me at (e-mail address removed)
 
The only thing I can think of at the moment is:
Change to the windows default " Windows XP Style ". If you are using some
other theme, the problem is usually with a file called: shellstyle.dll
(included with most visual styles).
