I am trying to completely format my hard drive and re-
install windows. However, everytime I run WinXP set-up it
won't let me delete the c: partition. It says it has
system information needed for set-up stored there. How do
I get around this? I would appreciate any and all help.

go to www.bootdisk.com and download a Windows 98 Bootdisk.

The File you download will self-Extract onto a 1.44
Floppy Disk, Boot off this Floppy disk and at the Command
Prompt (C:\>) Type "Fdisk". You can use this tool to
remove your partition tables. Then Boot off your WINXP CD
and Try again.
