Unable to Copy, Paste or Drag

I have Problems with Copying Pasting & Draging items from
one folder to another. I restart the computer and it works
again for about an hour or two and then it won't let me. I
need to restart again.

I am running W2K SP3
 
Sounds like an RPC problem, which probably indicates either mal-ware or a
virus problem. Clean up, and make sure the latest SP's and patches are
installed.
