Unable to copy emails to myself

I no longer receive copies emailed to myself. I use to be able to copy
myself a message and now the email never arrives. Has anyone had this happen

Sorry Gordon,

I am new at this and didn't think the first email was sent, as after sending
it I was taken to a sign in screen. Very confusing.

Occasionally. I like to include myself in emails because I have found emails
don't always display the way I sent them.
