Unable to convert

I stupidly did not convert when my trial period was up on my new machine as I
did not think I knew the product code. However I have now found it in an
obscure place on my machine but when I try to convert I get told it is not a
valid code. Is there any way round this?

Obviously I do not want to have to purchase all over again.

Many thanks for any help.

Sorry, I don't understand. What do you want to convert? To what?
