Unable to connect to specific websites

Can anyone help me!!!

I have tried everythng every possible angle to fix this
problem, but can't.

There are some specific sites which I can't connect to
namely: Commission Junction and Paypal. I keep getting
the error "page not available".

I would appreciate any help available...
